MEMBERSHIP CLASSES

Effective May 1, 2007

 

 

 

  1. FULL MEMBER
    1. Membership provides for use of all club facilities including golf course in accordance with club usage rules.
    2. Stock Purchase Price $500 with dues of $130 per month with a meal requirement of $20 per month.

 

 

  1. SWIMMING POOL/TENNIS/SOCIAL MEMBER
    1. Membership provides for use of the swimming pool, tennis courts and all clubhouse facilities subject to the same membership and usage rules as a full member.
    2. Member may play golf up to three times per year with the payment of regular green fees. They cannot participate in any club tournament. Guest golfers pay regular green fees and cart rental fees.
    3. Prohibited from owning or bringing private golf cart onto course.
    4. Membership Fee $250 with dues of $90 per month with a meal requirement of $30 per month.

 

 

  1. JUNIOR MEMBER
    1. Membership provides for use of all club facilities including golf course subject to the same membership and usage rules as a full member.
    2. Member and spouse must be under age 29 at beginning of calendar year.
    3. Membership Fee $300 with dues of $100 per month with no meal requirement.

 

 

  1. SOCIAL MEMBER
    1. Membership provides for use of the clubhouse facilities and food/bar service and participation in club social functions subject to the same membership and usage rules as a full member.
    2. Member may play golf under the same rules as SP/T/SM.
    3. Membership Fee $175 with dues of $60 per month with a meal requirement of $30 per month.

 

 

 

  1. NONRESIDENT MEMBERS
    1. Must be a permanent resident outside of Oktibbeha County.
    2. Nonvoting with full use of facilities subject to same membership and usage rules as a full member.
    3. Membership Fee $250 with dues of $75 per month for residents of adjacent counties and dues of $50 per month for residents of other counties or states. Guest golfers pay regular green fees and cart rental fees.

 

 

  1. CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP
    1. Membership provides for use of all club facilities under the same guidelines as previous membership classes.
    2. Stock Purchase Price $500, with dues per individual member the same as other members depending on membership class. All charges will be billed to the corporation with a detail statement for each member.
    3. Corporation may have up to 20 active members of which the first two must be “Full Memberships”.
    4. Membership would be entitled to one vote as a shareholder of SCC. The corporation would designate the person authorized to cast its vote in writing.

 

 

A member may move down in membership by giving a 30 day notice of a desire to do so. To move back up in class, a member must pay any difference in membership fee and an amount equal to six months of the difference in dues.

 

During the first six months of membership a new member may move up in class by paying   the difference in membership fee and an amount equal to three months of the difference in dues.

 

If a member in any class desires to own a voting share of SCC stock, they may purchase a share for the current purchase price less any membership fees previously paid.
