| This year, we are living out our purpose statement (Love God, Love People, Change the World) in all areas of our church life and ministries. This purpose engages us in God's work in specific ways no matter where we are or what we do. Our golf league is an invitation to connect with other people both inside and outside the church. During event #11 - 07/05/2010 - Joe Deitrich chipped in for an Eagle on hole #14 hole. Joe's drive landed on the 15th tee while the Schneider group was teeing off. Joe proceeded to chip-in from the 15th tee. Congratulations Joe for a great shot. For those who don't know Joe he is Alvin's son. Give Joe a well-done when you see him

The annual golf banquet will be held at the Valley Green Golf Course on Monday 8/30/2010 following a golfing event. Steak and Crab Cakes along with other sides will be the menu. The banquet will start around 8:00 PM. If you want to bring your significant other or wife or anyone else the cost will be $20.00 per guest. We will have a short awards ceremony during the dinner. If you are a regular golfer the banquet will be free. I will need a head count for those who will play golf and also those who want to attend the banquet. Please email me with your intentions.
