1) Contact all your team members and give them the tournament information. Notify the committee member contact for additions and deletions on the "Current week tournament" menu item if one of your players can not play or you are not able to contact him.
2) Arrange for carts. If you have three or more team members who do not have carts available, carts will have to be rented.
3) Be at the course at least one half hour before your tee time to collect the Activity Cards from your team members.
4) Get team score card from the St. Bernard wooden box somewhere in the Pro Shop.
5) Pay green fees and cart fees for the team according to what each player owes. Collect the player fee from each player plus one dollar from each for the prize fund.
6) Report to the starter at the appropriate time with the green fees receipt.
7) Keep score according to the instructions on the score card.
8) At the end of the round, put the score card and the team's tournament fee in the wooden box in the Pro Shop.
9) In the event of a rain-out, get rain checks for your team members. |
